Canadian comedy hit Letterkenny is getting a push for consumer products across North America.
New metric media colored Licensing deals with Funko, High Roller Games and Ripple Junction for new products in different categories. Mark Montefiore, president of New Metric Media, says the deals “will add to the passion and excitement for the series and provide Letterkenny fans with a tangible way to connect with the show”.
Letterkenny – who flows on Hulu in the US and Crave in Canada – follows Wayne (Jared Keeso) exploits as he and his friends upset their rivals in small towns.
The Letterkenny website offers a selection of products including water bottles, koozies, pint glasses and Puppers Premium Lager, inspired by the fictional beer served on the show.
Letterkenny’s ninth season debuted on Christmas Day.
