Cheeky Little Media has set up a licensing department to manage all licensing and merchandising activities for its brands called Cheeky Little Commercial.

David Taylor, Commercial Director of Cheeky Little Media, will continue to manage the production company’s brands and represent third-party brands to offset the commercial plan.

Cheeky Little Commercial launched its parent company’s new preschool show “Kangaroo Beach” for the first time in Australia.

Headstart will be the master toy partner for “Kangaroo Beach”. Other partners of the show are Pan MacMillan for publications, Designworks for Softlines for clothing, shoes, accessories and housewares and Zoggs for swimming aids.

“Being the director of Cheeky Little Commercial is like a kid in a candy store to me,” says Taylor. “We have such wonderful brands to work with and ‘Kangaroo Beach’ is off to an amazing start. With industry leading partners signed up for all key categories, the next 12 months will be really exciting. The future looks very bright. “

Cheeky Little Commercial also represents the Australian cult object “Beached Az” and works with Cheeky Little Media’s preschool show “Kazoops” and the children’s comedies “Spongo, Fuzz & Jalapena” and “Bottersnikes & Gumbles”.
